The proprietors, managers and their staff will not be held responsible for any damages of whatsoever nature, including injuries or death that a guest may suffer during his/her stay at this property and hereby indemnifies the proprietors, managers and their staff against the same. Arrival & Departure
Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.

Deposits and Payment
A 10% deposit is needed to confirm all bookings. Please provide payment by means of electronic transfer (EFT). Written confirmation of booking will be provided on receipt of deposit. Please forward proof of deposit to fax number: 086 684 3595 or email

. Balance of total accommodation must be settled 45 days prior to arrival date. However, if you book less than 45 days before your arrival date, payment of your total accommodation cost must be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must immediately confirm your cancellation in writing. The respective cancellation charges will be applicable. The cancellation charge is based on the number of days before your arrival date at the property that we receive notification of your cancellation, as shown in the table below. This means that if you have paid the balance of your total holiday cost and then wish to cancel, you may receive a refund of part of such cost. However, if you have not paid your total holiday by the time of your cancellation, you may be required to make a further payment by way of cancellation charge.

Liability
You and all members of your holiday rental party agree both to keep the property clean and tidy and to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it upon your arrival. You and all members of your holiday rental party further agree not to use the property for any commercial purpose, including without limitation assigning or subletting it or otherwise allowing anyone to occupy it that has not previously been accepted by us. You are responsible for all the actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property along with any additional costs that may result, which are directly or indirectly caused by you and/or any member of your holiday rental party, whether willfully or negligently, and we can require payment from you to cover any such costs.
The Company or the Company's local representative is entitled at his/her sole and absolute discretion to refuse to hand over to you, or to repossess, the property (which includes the fixtures, fittings, furnishings and decorations) if the Company or its representative reasonably believes that any damage is likely to be caused, has been caused or is being caused by you or any member from your holiday rental party. These circumstances will be treated as a cancellation by you. No refund of any monies you have paid in respect of your booking will be made and neither the owner, the company nor the company's local representative will have any liability to you as a result of this situation arising (including for example any costs or expenses you incur due to not being able to occupy the property, such as your incurring the cost of securing an alternative property/accommodation). In this situation, neither the Owner, the Company's local representative nor the Company is under any obligation to find any alternative accommodation for you.
You may not- (i) allow more people than the maximum stated in the brochure to occupy the property (ii) take your pet into the property (iii) smoke inside the property (iv) disobey any other rules on the property. Non-adherence to the above may result in the Owner or the Company's local representative refusal to hand over the property to you or repossession of it. These circumstances will be treated as a cancellation by you. No refund of any monies you have paid in respect of your booking will be made and neither the owner, the company nor the company's local representative will have any liability to you as a result of this situation arising (including for example any costs or expenses you incur due to not being able to occupy the property, such as your incurring the cost of securing an alternative property/accommodation). In this situation, neither the Owner, the Company's local representative nor the Company is under any obligation to find any alternative accommodation for you.
Please allow the Owner, any representative of the Owner (including workmen) and the Company's local representative access to the property at any reasonable time during your occupation of the property (except in cases of emergency or where a problem needs remedying quickly and you cannot be contacted in time - in these situations the Owner, the owner's representative or the Company's local representative is entitled to enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).
